A home from home, our beautiful Victorian house is set in the heart of Edinburgh. Set over three floors with a large, safe and secure garden, our nursery provides the perfect environment for children to discover, play and grow.

Rooms and resources are organised to encourage learning through play and there are plenty of opportunities to practice and develop skills in both real and imaginary contexts. We use role play and dressing up to bring children’s imagination to life. We have a range of bicycles, climbing frames and other equipment to encourage physical development at all stages. We encourage heuristic play and use natural materials wherever possible as well as a mud kitchen to feed their curiosity.

Our garden is open every day and is a beautiful space that grows and changes throughout the seasons. We spend a lot of time outdoors, taking advantage of the opportunities it presents to develop and apply new skills in this exciting context.

A vibrant local community is right on our doorstep, with all that the Capital City has to offer only a short walk away. Our children regularly have the opportunity to visit other attractions such as the zoo, the museum, the airport, the train station and have experienced a trip on a tram!
